Description
The Maintenance Manager will lead and guide the maintenance team, coordinate external contractors, respond to technical issues, and manage daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and other building systems. The role also involves tracking work orders in Salesforce, monitoring budgets and invoices, maintaining records, registering utility consumption, and supporting safety, fire protection, and compliance activities. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of maintenance management experience, ideally in hospitality, along with organizational, communication, problem-solving, contractor-coordination, and basic building-systems knowledge; Dutch is required and English is a plus.
