Description
Thompson Pipe Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead plant and rolling-stock maintenance, oversee batch-plant reliability and preventive maintenance, manage heavy equipment and fleet repairs, supervise mechanics and electricians, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate capital projects and contractors, and support maintenance budgets. The role requires at least five years of maintenance leadership experience in a ready-mix, aggregate, cement, or heavy-industrial manufacturing environment, along with expertise in batching systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, CMMS platforms, and DOT compliance.
