Thompson Thrift is hiring a Maintenance Manager for The Wrenley in Newnan, Georgia. The role leads daily maintenance operations for a Class A multifamily community, supervises maintenance technicians, manages service requests and preventative maintenance, oversees apartment make-readies, coordinates vendors and contractors, supports budget and safety compliance, and responds to emergencies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, at least four years of apartment or property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and availability for on-call emergencies.
