Tommy Gate is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Woodbine, Iowa to lead day-to-day maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. The role plans and coordinates equipment, machinery, facility, and building-system maintenance; develops preventive maintenance programs; supervises maintenance staff; manages schedules, workflows, contractors, safety inspections, and capital equipment; and reports to the Plant Manager. The position requires a bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience and training, computer and maintenance-management software skills, and knowledge of building systems, OSHA requirements, and safety regulations.
