Description

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager for their Cambridge, MD plant. This role involves leading and developing a production maintenance team, driving continuous improvement initiatives like TPM, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The manager will also handle project management tasks related to capital budgets and provide coaching to maintenance staff.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment.
Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures.
Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools are an asset.
Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to successfully run a maintenance department; knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance a plus.
Demonstrated problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software.
