Description
Wis-Pak is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and support a maintenance team, plan production work, oversee preventive maintenance and repair schedules, manage equipment upgrades and capital projects, coordinate building and grounds maintenance, work with vendors and inspectors, and maintain safety, food-safety, and quality standards. The role requires a strong technical foundation, industrial electrical knowledge, PLC experience, troubleshooting ability, blueprint and technical-document reading skills, and clear communication.
