WOLFFKRAN is hiring a permanent, on-site Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team of up to five employees and ensure the technical availability of buildings and facilities. The role covers planning and executing maintenance, conversion, and repair work; predictive maintenance; spare parts management; technical investments; energy management; contractor and supplier coordination; and operator and inspection responsibilities for electrical equipment, cranes, industrial trucks, gates, and lifting platforms. Candidates need an engineering or electrical-technician qualification, relevant experience, SAP and MS Office skills, leadership experience, and willingness to work shifts.
