Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees apartment-community maintenance operations under the Community Manager, including supervising maintenance staff, coordinating unit turns and move-ins, completing and scheduling repairs, managing Yardi work orders, coordinating vendors, maintaining equipment and property grounds, conducting preventative maintenance and inspections, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and responding to resident and emergency requests. The role requires a high school diploma, three years of maintenance technician or related experience, EPA certification within 75 days, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with basic computer applications and Yardi.
