Sustainable Comfort, Inc. (SCI) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee field maintenance operations for a portfolio of properties in various stages of development and operation. The role involves managing routine maintenance, coordinating planned improvements, handling crisis situations, and ensuring efficient documentation and expense control. The Maintenance Manager will collaborate with the Property Manager to address tenant and owner concerns, develop and implement maintenance policies, and contribute to defining sustainable property management practices.
