Description
The role manages and coordinates departmental staff, budgets, performance objectives, KPIs, emergency and scheduled production-maintenance activities, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. It also oversees preventive maintenance, facility housekeeping, departmental reporting, and subordinate training, while complying with company and HSE policies. The position requires at least five years of applicable maintenance experience, a mechanical or electrical background, and preferably an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
