Description
The Industrial Maintenance Manager reports to the Site Director and ensures the availability and regulatory compliance of industrial installations, including reactors, pressure equipment, tanks, packaging lines, and utilities. The role manages a team of five employees, oversees maintenance of 3,500 pieces of equipment and more than 20 reactors, controls a €1.5 million annual budget and external contractors, and leads technical projects through commissioning. The position requires a Bac+5 degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering, at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, SAP PM proficiency, technical team management skills, and B2 English. It includes technical on-call duty and occasional shutdown support.
