Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Associate Manager to lead the Interim Contractor Support maintenance team supporting F‑35 operations at Ghedi Air Base, Italy. The role directs maintenance activities, personnel actions, inspections, repairs, modifications, quality assurance, root-cause analysis, and coordination with Italian Air Force leadership. It requires fighter aircraft maintenance, aviation maintenance leadership, flight-line and intermediate maintenance, modification and test experience, a Secret security clearance, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. The position is full-time, includes flexible work arrangements, and offers a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700.
