International Paper is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its Cedar Rapids, Iowa facility. The role supervises a 24/7 maintenance team, coordinates maintenance planning and work orders, manages preventive maintenance, machine reliability, spare parts, vendors, safety, and cost-reduction initiatives, and reports plant equipment issues to the Site Manager. The position requires at least five years of maintenance and leadership experience in a manufacturing plant, with five or more years in the corrugated box industry and experience with electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred. The salary is $101,000 to $134,600 USCORE, with variable pay and participation in an annual incentive plan.
