Description
O-I is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its Zanesville glass-packaging plant. The role partners with the Unit Plant Manager and Quality Manager to plan preventive maintenance, schedule repairs and upgrades, maximize plant uptime, implement corrective actions, and ensure the safety and quality of maintenance and production work. The position requires electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, CMMS experience, computer and Microsoft Office skills, maintenance leadership experience, people-management ability, and the capacity to work at various heights in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the expected salary is $100,000 to $110,000 with a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.
