Description
The Maintenance Supervisor manages daily maintenance operations for a 200-room NEXCOM Hospitality Group property, including maintenance planning, scheduling, inspections, corrective-action follow-up, staff supervision, training, safety compliance, cost estimation, and guest-security coordination. The role may supervise maintenance, mechanic, worker, groundskeeping, and motor-vehicle-operator positions and requires three years of general maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience.
