Siemens Mobility is hiring a Maintenance Manager for the Skytrain system infrastructure at Frankfurt Airport. The role manages planned and unplanned maintenance, spare parts, technical developments, regulatory and quality compliance, and the development of maintenance strategies and processes. It also provides disciplinary and technical leadership for a maintenance team of approximately 15 people, and handles resource and financial management, workforce scheduling, budget preparation, logistics, and KPI reporting. The position requires a technical degree or comparable vocational training, several years of rail or infrastructure maintenance experience, prior maintenance leadership experience, flexible working hours, and excellent German and English skills.
