Description
IPG is hiring a Maintenance Manager/Superintendent to oversee all maintenance activities and the work-order system for a plant. The role supervises maintenance personnel, schedules daily work, supports capital projects, improves plant asset reliability, plans maintenance shutdowns, and coordinates cost-efficient repairs. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and facilities, managing preventive maintenance and spare parts, developing performance standards, ensuring safety practices, and administering maintenance policies. The position requires a high school or technical school education, at least five years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to read plans and blueprints.
