Description
AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for its Verona apartment community in Littleton, Colorado. The role leads one or more direct reports and manages property maintenance, vendors, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, resident service requests, compliance, budgets, and capital needs. Candidates need at least three years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience, 1–3 years leading customer-service and asset-maintenance teams, physical ability to move heavy equipment, flexible availability, and English proficiency. Compensation is $28.00–$33.00 per hour plus a 15% target bonus and up to $250 per month in customer-service satisfaction bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
