Description
The Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repairs across its facilities, grounds, equipment, systems, and fixtures. The role includes responding to maintenance requests, maintaining a computerized maintenance system, planning repair schedules, performing small renovation and construction projects, advising on subcontractor work, maintaining tools and grounds, removing snow, handling plumbing emergencies, repairing floors, and painting sites. The position requires general building maintenance experience across plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, a high school diploma or GED preferably from a trade school, and English proficiency.
