Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repair work supporting Facilities Maintenance functions. The role requires at least three years of maintenance experience under minimal supervision, working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, building construction, and rough and finish carpentry, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Applicants need a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, eligibility for assigned contracts, and successful completion of applicable background screening and drug testing. The position involves travel among facilities, variable schedules, indoor work, use of cleaning chemicals, and physically demanding tasks including climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
