Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for its dairy processing facility. The role performs preventative maintenance, machine repairs, troubleshooting, work-order completion, logbook and parts-recordkeeping, quality checks, and safe work-area maintenance. It requires 2–3 years of mechanical-field experience, a high school diploma or GED, forklift and pallet-jack operation, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment near moving equipment. The position offers two shifts, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and hourly pay of $29.15–$31.15 USD.
