Description
This position involves performing various maintenance tasks such as light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs across the hospital building. The mechanic will troubleshoot and repair electrical systems like nurse call and CCTV, clear drain stoppages, repair plumbing fixtures, conduct wall repairs and painting, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. They will also monitor energy management systems, respond to emergencies, and adhere to strict code compliance standards.
