Description
The Maintenance Mechanic will support manufacturing operations in Abbott Park, Illinois by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and utility systems. The role includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, fabrication, piping, pump, motor, and conveyor repairs; root-cause analysis; documentation; and compliance with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and USDA standards. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and offers $31–$31.91 per hour on W2 for a 12-month duration.
