Description
The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance for ACCESS health center facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC support, basic electrical work, fire and life-safety inspections, emergency response, CMMS work orders, and coordination with vendors. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of facility or building maintenance experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform sustained physical work. It is performed mainly in facility and health center settings with local travel, generally from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
