Arconic is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for its Building and Construction Team in Springdale, Arkansas. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pumping, and mechanical systems; performing preventive maintenance; and supporting manufacturing operations such as extrusion, water treatment, anodizing, and paint processes. Candidates must have relevant troubleshooting skills, be willing to learn, able to perform moderate to heavy lifting, flexible for shifts, holidays, and weekends, and able to obtain certification for forklift, crane, Gennie, and scissor lift equipment.
