Brightway Living and Learning is hiring a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to maintain buildings and homes for the people it supports. The role includes completing work orders, identifying and repairing safety and maintenance issues, keeping records, responding to emergencies on call, removing snow and ice, and performing additional maintenance tasks as needed. Applicants must have prior experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, or landscaping, a New York State driver's license, and the ability to drive Brightway vehicles. The position pays $21.00–$25.20 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
