Description
The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment. The role troubleshoots and repairs bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, drives, and related equipment; uses basic electrical troubleshooting and safety practices; documents work in a maintenance management system; and coordinates repairs to minimize downtime. It is a night-shift position on a 2-2-3 rotation, with pay ranging from $19.65 to $26.12 per hour plus a $2.00 night-shift differential, and requires occasional overnight and daytime travel.
