Description
Irvine Ranch Water District is hiring two Maintenance Mechanics for its Mechanical Services Department. The role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs waterworks machinery and equipment, including pumps, motors, engines, compressors, piping, valves, and related systems; performs electrical and mechanical maintenance, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, basic welding and machining, and emergency standby duties. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of apprentice-level mechanical or electrical experience in a water or wastewater environment, a valid Class C California driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor environments.
