Description
The role performs general building and equipment maintenance across at least three trades, including plumbing, washer-dryer repair, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Responsibilities include repairing and installing fixtures, systems, and equipment; interpreting blueprints and work orders; locating defects; selecting tools and materials; and completing repairs according to trade practices. The posting requires one year of general maintenance experience or equivalent education, three years of general maintenance experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
