Elessent Clean Technologies is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic at its 24/7 sulfuric acid catalyst pellet manufacturing plant in Martinez, California. The primarily Monday-through-Friday day-shift role maintains specialized industrial chemical-process production equipment through troubleshooting, repair, installation, preventive maintenance, machining, fabrication, and related mechanical work. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of industrial plant maintenance experience, mechanical and electrical fundamentals, pneumatics, power-tool use, machining, forklift operation, technical drawing and schematic reading, computer proficiency, and the ability to work safely with PPE, respirators, elevated access, heavy lifting, overtime, and callouts.
