Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring a Dairy Facility Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and install machinery, electrical systems, piping, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, automated systems, and facility structures. The role requires availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays, and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $29.15 per hour. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus the ability to perform physically demanding work in a dairy processing environment.
