Rust-Oleum is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and operate filling and packaging equipment. The role includes repairing and replacing equipment parts, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting drives and motors, diagnosing mechanical problems, installing wiring and piping, lubricating machinery, and recording maintenance work. Applicants need a high school education or equivalent, 1–3 years of industrial experience, filling and packaging equipment experience, and the ability to lift 75 pounds and work overtime. The position follows a 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM 3-6-3-2 rotation and offers medical, dental, life, disability, and other benefits after 30 days.
