Description
Levande is hiring a permanent full-time Maintenance Officer at Salford Waters in Victoria Point to perform general maintenance, minor repairs, routine inspections, preventative maintenance, maintenance-request response, contractor coordination, recordkeeping, and WHS compliance. The role also occasionally requires driving the village bus and requires a current MR licence or higher. Applicants need hands-on property or facilities maintenance experience, practical problem-solving and computer skills, a friendly approach to residents, and the legal right to work in Australia.
