Levande is hiring a permanent full-time Maintenance Officer for Maybrook Manor in Cromer, working Monday to Friday at up to $36.95 per hour. The role covers general and preventative maintenance, minor repairs, routine inspections, troubleshooting hot-water and air-conditioning systems, coordinating licensed contractors, responding to urgent requests, recording maintenance work, supporting waste management and outdoor areas, communicating with residents, and driving the resident bus when required. Candidates need hands-on building, property or facilities maintenance experience, practical judgement, workplace safety knowledge, basic computer literacy, a current driver licence, and the ability to lift up to 15 kilograms.
