Description
BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is hiring a Maintenance Operation Control Supervisor in Dhahran to coordinate aircraft maintenance activities for the Royal Saudi Air Force Tornado fleet. The supervisor will manage multiple maintenance trades, communicate with the RSAF Maintenance Operation Control Centre, validate technical support requests, prepare fleet status reports, plan 24-hour shift coverage, brief RSAF personnel, and coordinate aircraft servicing, refuelling, defuelling, and emergency support for engine ground runs. The role requires a relevant technical qualification or Part 66 license, Saudi Engineering Council registration, extensive aircraft maintenance experience, leadership and supervisory capability, knowledge of Part M and Part 145, and awareness of human factors.
