Description

The Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) Technician (Level 1) at BAE Systems in Taif, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for coordinating and providing engineering and logistical support to maintain Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft. This includes supervising daily MOC training, verifying task completion, prioritizing logistics, and preparing detailed reports for senior officers. The role involves close collaboration with maintenance support organizations to ensure asset availability and adherence to maintenance schedules.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: HNC level or recognized equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: Demonstrable experience working as a supervisor conducting Data Management on a busy, military operational flying unit.
Must have completed a recognized aircraft engineering apprenticeship in industry/military or similar qualification in aircraft systems.
Must have previous ESS experience with a formal ‘Q’ annotation.
Must have extensive post qualification experience of military fast jet maintenance support, within an operational military flying environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of engineering operations procedures within a Maintenance Operations Control environment.
Managerial experience within the aerospace industry preferably gained on 3rd and/or 4th Generation military aircraft at Supervisor level or equivalent.
Working in the aviation industry in a Gulf Coast Country.
Ability to act upon their own initiative within the scope of their job.
Conscientious approach to work and meticulous attention to detail.
Track record of meeting strict deadlines without compromising standards and quality.
