Description
The Maintenance Operations Manager leads a team of maintenance technicians supporting store operations and owns scheduling, work-order assignment, dispatch, productivity, backlog management, routing, and service-level performance. The role also coaches technicians, manages performance issues, coordinates vendors and parts, analyzes operational data, and implements continuous-improvement initiatives. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of maintenance management experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and availability for weekends, evenings, on-call work, and holidays.
