Description
Leads nationwide maintenance operations for NCC premises, including clinics and laboratories, by supervising maintenance teams, planning preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets, supplies, projects, safety compliance, inspections, utilities, vendors, and staff development. The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree or diploma, at least three years of MEP engineering experience, MS Office and basic AutoCAD skills, and English and Arabic language proficiency. The position is primarily outdoor, six days per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
