Description
Esland is hiring an experienced Maintenance Operative to provide property maintenance and repair across care homes and other business areas in the Bedford area. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, basic electrics, and gardening, while coordinating repairs, following health and safety regulations, and working independently or as part of a team. The position requires a full driving license, flexibility to travel, and willingness to work one Saturday every six weeks.
