Description
The role responds to guest repair requests, communicates with guests and customers, performs preventive and basic maintenance on kitchen, machine-room, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other equipment, maintains inventory, and completes painting, minor repairs, and general building maintenance. It also requires operating shutoff valves, using lockout/tagout procedures, performing garden and irrigation maintenance, and demonstrating basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license is required, while hotel engineering or maintenance experience and related surface-preparation and painting experience are preferred.
