Description
The Process Coach – Maintenance leads equipment reliability, technical direction, and daily execution for the Diesel Head Machining area supporting the 6.7L engine program. The role supervises six maintenance technicians, manages schedules and performance, leads root-cause analysis and predictive maintenance, supports new equipment installation and validation, and partners with Production to improve SQDCPM metrics. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 5–7 years of automotive manufacturing maintenance experience, PLC and CNC expertise, and availability for rotating shifts and emergency call-outs.
