High Liner Foods is hiring a Maintenance Planner to report to the Maintenance Manager and manage the planning, scheduling, optimization, analysis, and closure of maintenance work orders. The role includes CMMS work-order entry, maintenance activity tracking, KPI monitoring, preventive and emergency maintenance planning, spare-parts kitting support, equipment BOM development, and training maintenance staff. It is based at the Lunenburg, Nova Scotia production facility and requires on-site work five days per week, with relocation available for candidates in Alberta and Ontario. The position requires a secondary school diploma, at least five years of industrial maintenance-mechanic experience, CMMS and Microsoft Office experience, and flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
