The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. They aim to enhance maintenance productivity and reduce downtime by managing resource availability and tracking spare parts inventory. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, coordinating with various teams, maintaining accurate records using ORACLE CMMS, estimating costs, preparing maintenance reports, assisting in budgeting, analyzing failure data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
