Description
The Maintenance Planner will develop detailed maintenance job plans, maintain CMMS records, create four-week maintenance schedules, coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering, inspection, contractors, and vendors, support plant shutdown and outage planning, and improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness in a cement manufacturing plant. The role requires at least five years of industrial maintenance planning experience, mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience, CMMS and preventive or predictive maintenance knowledge, and strong scheduling, cost-control, communication, and project-management skills.
