O-I is hiring a Maintenance Planner for its Ringgold plant to schedule maintenance work during downtime, coordinate with production and job-change staff, document parts and kits, improve maintenance processes, manage parts inventory, and support safety and environmental compliance. The role requires computer literacy, basic mechanical knowledge, project-management experience, and a high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred, along with industrial maintenance and CMMS experience. The expected salary is $75,000 to $90,000 plus a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus, with medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage among the benefits.
