Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time permanent Maintenance Planner for a client’s Hotline/Operations Group in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role plans and schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; manages work orders in Oracle eAM; coordinates parts, materials, tools, outages, EHS requirements, and follow-up maintenance; maintains records; applies Lean Manufacturing principles; and supports overtime and backfilling the Maintenance Supervisor. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, 3–5 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience, and a mechanical or electrical background. The position is onsite, does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship, and offers benefits.
