Service Stream is hiring an experienced Maintenance Planning Manager for its VRMC Clayton office in VIC, Australia. The role is a senior leadership position within the Contract Leadership Team, responsible for compliant and efficient planning, programming, scheduling, real-time monitoring, jeopardy management, and process improvement for maintenance works across the South Central Region, while leading a team of 8 and collaborating with internal stakeholders, client representatives, and delivery partners. The position requires at least five years of relevant leadership experience, strong project/program management and stakeholder skills, knowledge of network operations and civil construction practices, data analysis capability, and familiarity with asset management systems and AI/ML tools; a Victorian driver’s license is mandatory.
