Description
CF Industries is seeking a Planning Supervisor to supervise its maintenance planning department, provide work direction and technical support for routine, preventive-maintenance, turnaround, shutdown, and capital-project activities, and coordinate safe, efficient, compliant execution of maintenance work. The role leads turnaround planning and scheduling, manages planners, develops and tracks maintenance KPIs and reports, supports safety and EHS programs, oversees work packages and CMMS scheduling, coaches employees, resolves personnel issues, improves maintenance processes, and contributes to cost effectiveness. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with maintenance and turnaround planning/scheduling expertise, CMMS and office software proficiency, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project experience.
