PSC Group is hiring a Maintenance Planning Support professional to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations by developing SAP-based maintenance planning and scheduling workflows. The role involves translating existing Excel processes into SAP, configuring work requests, planning, backlog management, scheduling, execution, and closeout; developing procedures and training materials; supporting SAP implementation and user training; and improving planning quality and backlog visibility. Candidates need at least three years of relevant maintenance planning, systems, or industrial maintenance experience, strong SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge, Excel skills, and the ability to train and support users.
