Description
The role plans, schedules, and controls preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance activities; manages work orders, equipment records, maintenance plans, spare parts, procurement, and maintenance workshop resources; monitors KPIs; supports maintenance prioritization and continuous improvement; and coordinates with production, engineering, quality, safety, and supply chain teams. The position requires a technical course in a relevant field, maintenance-management-system knowledge, HSE training, Microsoft Office skills, and preferably an engineering or business administration degree, Oracle knowledge, ENGEMAN training, metrology knowledge, technical-drawing interpretation, polymer-processing experience, and basic English.
